Bussmann KAC-15 is an Edison Tron TRON high-speed rectifier fuse (model KAC-15) designed to protect power-rectifier circuits. It is a 15 A, 600 VAC fuse with a 200 kA interrupting rating (AIC), featuring a cartridge body and available termination styles such as blade-end-to-blade-end and stud connections; it is non-indicating. Typical applications include protecting rectifier banks in power supplies and other high-speed power-conversion circuits in industrial equipment where rapid fault clearing is required.
