Brizo R60000-UNWS MultiChoice Universal Tub/Shower Rough-In Valve Body with Stops is the universal rough-in for Brizo’s MultiChoice system, designed to work with Brizo universal pressure-balance and TempAssure thermostatic trims. This forged-brass valve body, sold as a valve body only, accepts Brizo universal single- or dual-function trims, delivering either balanced pressure or thermostatic control for tub-and-shower installations. It includes integral stops for service shutoffs on the hot and cold supplies and a built-in tub port for classic tub/shower configurations. The rough-in uses 1/2-inch MNPT inlet connections and 1/2-inch FNPT C outlet connections, and its footprint is approximately 5-1/16 inches wide by 4 inches high, making it compatible with standard Brizo rough-in dimensions. Because it is a universal component, it is compatible with Brizo’s line of trims across pressure balance and thermostatic families, simplifying future upgrades or changes to trim without replacing the valve body.
