Bosch Rexroth VE 2 Stop Gate, VE 2/D-20 (part number 0842900300), is a pneumatic dampened stop gate designed to halt one or more accumulating workpiece pallets at a defined stop surface within a conveyor section. This robust component is mounted inside the tracks of the conveyor system and is supplied assembled with mounting hardware for direct installation on the ST 2 family of tracks.

The unit uses adjustable pneumatic damping to tailor the stopping action, and the design includes a tilting stop surface that minimizes abrasion on the pallet contact area during operation.

When pressurized, the gate moves to the stop position and, once the air is released, a spring mechanism returns it to the closed position, ensuring a reliable re-seating in the track.
