Bosch Rexroth NAM04.1-480-0450-NN-120 Power Supply Module

The Bosch Rexroth Indramat NAM04.1-480-0450-NN-120 is a NAM Power Line Form Module that converts three-phase 380–460 VAC mains into a stable 300 V DC bus to feed downstream drive modules in Indramat systems. It accepts 3-phase input on choke terminals 1L+ / 2L+ and provides a three‑phase DC link on output terminals U2, V2, W2 with a nominal current rating of 450 A. The module includes a DC bus choke, a capacitor module, and a commutation choke, and uses a heatsink with integrated fan for cooling, supporting continuous operation up to 55 °C and elevations up to 4000 m. It is designed for plug‑and‑play integration with Rexroth Indramat KDV line connections and drive modules, enabling compact cabinet layouts. In typical configurations, it delivers around 11.2–24 kW of continuous mechanical power and about 14–30 kW of DC bus continuous power, with regenerative capability of roughly 20 kW continuous and up to 40 kW peak to absorb energy back into the DC bus.
