Description:

The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DAE02.1M EP Analog Interface Module is a plug‑in interface for Indramat servo drives that provides an analog control path and actual position feedback through encoder emulation. The 14‑pin module (part no. 274838) is designed to mount as a plug‑in accessory and is powered from an external +24 V supply (DC +24 V ext, DC 0 V ext). It accepts two ±10 V analog input channels for drive commands, and includes signals for temperature prewarning (TVW), drive enable (RF), and drive halt (AH), along with STOP and CLR for fault handling and FB+ / FB− for feedback and limit signaling. The DAE02.1M EP can generate encoder feedback via either an incremental encoder emulator or an SSI absolute encoder data format to provide an actual position value to the connected drive; the incremental outputs and SSI data are exposed on the X75 (15‑pin D‑SUB) and X76 encoder emulator connections, with DATA+ / DATA− lines used for the SSI format. Rexroth lists this variant as R911307479 under the model DAE02.1M EP, described as an analog interface with encoder emulation to integrate conventional controls with Indramat servo systems. This combination of dual analog inputs, encoder‑emulation output options, and dedicated control/signaling lines makes the DAE02.1M EP well suited for precise position feedback and flexible integration in Rexroth Indramat installations.
