Bosch DDS02.1-W100-D Servo Drive

Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.1-W100-D is a digital AC servo drive controller in the DDS series designed to drive and regulate Indramat servo motors with digital feedback. It delivers up to 100 A peak and 40 A continuous current, configured around a 300 V DC bus, and uses digital servo feedback for precise motor control. Cooling is air-based, with internal cooling within the control cabinet, and the unit carries an IP20 protection rating and weighs about 7.5 kg. It operates from 0°C to 45°C, with the ability to operate up to 55°C at reduced capacity, at elevations to 1000 meters and in environments up to 95% relative humidity non-condensing. Version 1 of the drive supports Indramat servo motor families such as MDD, MKD, LAR, and LAF, providing a modular interface between power electronics and motors for high-precision velocity and position control in automation and robotics applications.
