Bender RCM465Y-13 Ground Fault Current Monitor
Bender RCM465Y-13 Ground Fault Current Monitor
Description:
The Bender RCM465Y-13 Ground Fault Current Monitor is a residual current monitor for grounded AC systems, supporting both single- and three-phase configurations. It measures leakage with an internal measuring current transformer of Ø26 mm (1 in) and trips at an adjustable residual current threshold of 30 to 300 mA, specified for 40–400 Hz operation, with an adjustable response delay of 0 to 1 second. The device provides a voltage-free SPDT output contact (normally de-energized) and includes a TEST button, a sealable transparent cover, and requires a separate Us supply voltage of 90–132 V AC; it is Type A according to IEC 60755. Designed for early fault detection, this compact monitor signals leakage before the main protection trips, helping protect equipment and wiring in grounded and high-resistance grounded systems.
