Belimo nmv-d3-mp Volumetric Flow Controller

Belimo NMV-D3-MP Volumetric Flow Controller is a VAV-Compact module that integrates a VAV controller, a dynamic Δp sensor, and a 10 Nm damper actuator in one enclosure for precise, pressure-independent airflow in comfort spaces. Designed for VAV and CAV applications, it supports MP-Bus communication and analog control (DC 2–10 V or DC 0.5–10 V) with a 24 V AC/DC supply and typical running power of 3 W (1.5 W holding); it uses a 3 ft (1 m) supply/control cable, four conductors of 0.75 mm², a 95° rotation, and a lockable push-button manual override. In VAV mode, Vnom and Δp @ Vnom are OEM-calibrated with an adjustable Δp range of 38–450 Pa, and the maximum volumetric flow is adjustable from 20% to 100% Vnom (min 0% to 100% Vnom); in CAV mode it can use discrete steps (CLOSE, Min, Max, OPEN) or open-loop position control for external control loops. This unit is intended for comfort HVAC applications such as offices, hotels, and similar spaces where demand-driven airflow is needed.
