Beckhoff EL1008 8-Channel Digital Input Terminal

Beckhoff EL1008 is an EtherCAT digital input terminal offering eight independent 24 V DC inputs that feed the process image as eight 1‑bit signals, with galvanic isolation between the field and the controller. The module incorporates a 3 ms input filter to suppress transient noise and debouncing, and each channel features an LED indicator to show its current state. In Beckhoff's EL1xxx family, EL1002, EL1004, and EL1008 share the 24 V DC, 3 ms input filtering specification, and the EL1008 provides an 8‑bit width in the EtherCAT process image. It is part of Beckhoff's 24 V DC digital input line and carries approvals including CE, UL, Ex, and IECEx.
