Baumer IWRM 18I9511 Inductive Distance Sensor

Baumer IWRM 18I9511 is a cylindrical, flush‑mount inductive distance sensor with an M18‑threaded housing designed for short‑range distance measurement to metal targets. It provides Sd of 2 to 5 mm with a reference distance of 3.25 to 3.75 mm and outputs an analog 4–20 mA signal powered from a 15–30 VDC supply. The device draws up to 35 mA no‑load, supports load resistances on the supply side of <500 Ω (min) and <1000 Ω (max), and features residual ripple under 0.5% of Vs along with short‑circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensing face is made of PBT, the housing is brass nickel plated, and the sensor measures Ø18 mm with a length of about 31.5 mm; it is IP67 protected and operates from 0 to +60 °C with a 2 m cable connection.
