Barksdale D1S-A80SS Pressure Switch

Barksdale D1S-A80SS is a single-setpoint diaphragm pressure switch from the D1S family, a mechanical switch designed for unencased mounting in industrial control loops to trigger a relay or controller when a defined pressure is reached. The A80SS variant combines the A option (limit-switch capable) with the 80SS pressure-connection configuration, and the line carries UL and CSA approvals for industrial use; the -CS option is available for a hermetically sealed limit switch. D1S/D2S switches are described as mechanical diaphragm switches without housing, with multiple pressure-connection options—3SS, 80SS, and 150SS—to suit different piping arrangements. When a limit-switch option is specified (A4), the contacts are rated at 10 A at 125/250 VAC and 3 A at 480 VAC, and the family offers repeatability of ±1.0% at constant temperature.
