Banner Engineering MBCC-530 Single-Ended Cable Cordset

MBCC-530 is Banner Engineering’s single-ended cordset that provides a robust, field-wireable connection between Banner 5-pin mini-style sensors and control equipment. One end terminates in a 7/8 in straight 5-pin female connector, while the opposite end presents five flying leads for direct wiring. The cordset measures 9.14 m (30 ft) in length, features a black PVC jacket with an outside diameter of about 7 mm, and uses a black nylon coupling nut for secure mating. Internally it contains five 18 AWG conductors (5x18) and is overmolded in black PUR for strain relief. Electrical specifications include a rating of 9 A and a supply voltage of up to 300 V AC/DC, with an IP67 ingress rating for dust and immersion resistance in typical industrial environments. The MBCC-530 is designed for use with Banner’s 5-pin mini-style receptacles on QD-compatible sensors and controllers, offering a straightforward, durable wiring option for longer cable runs. Note that this model is not washdown-rated.
