Banner Engineering IM-T-9A Safety Relay Module

The Banner Engineering IM-T-9A is a 24 V DC interface safety relay module designed to connect safety light curtains and other primary safety devices to external safety circuits with EDM (External Device Monitoring), enabling safe, monitored signaling across the control system. It provides three normally open safety outputs, each rated up to 6 A, allowing robust control of actuators or drives while preserving fail-safe behavior and multi‑channel safety control. The unit is powered from a 24 V DC supply and accepts a single dual‑channel or a single‑channel safety input, with removable terminal blocks for easy wiring; it responds to input changes in about 20 milliseconds and carries IEC IP20 / NEMA 1 protection. Measuring 22.5 mm wide, the IM‑T‑9A includes two green LEDs that indicate the status of the internal safety relays, providing quick at-a-glance diagnostics in busy production environments, and it has no auxiliary output.
