Automation Direct D4-16TR Output Module

The Automation Direct D4-16TR is a 16‑point DL405 relay output module that provides 16 Form A (SPST normally open) contacts for expanding a DirectLogic DL405 PLC I/O bank. It is capable of switching external loads in the 6–24 V DC or 6–240 V AC range, with a maximum of 1 A per output and up to 5 A per common. Outputs are organized as eight points per common across two isolated commons, simplifying field wiring and isolation. A removable terminal block is included for quick installation, and the module is designed to mount with the DL405 family to drive relays, contactors, lights, and other devices while offering reliable isolation between output groups.
