Automation Direct D4-16TD2 Output Module 12-24V DC

The Automation Direct D4-16TD2 is a 16-point DC output module designed to plug into AutomationDirect DirectLogic DL405-era controllers, expanding a PLC's capability to switch 12–24 VDC loads from a compact, field-replaceable I/O module that can be mounted in standard Automation Direct enclosures. It features current-sourcing DC outputs, delivering up to 0.5 A per point, with two isolated commons that can carry up to 3 A per common, enabling multiple loads to be driven efficiently while preserving isolation between output groups. A removable terminal block is included, simplifying wiring and replacement in the field, and the module operates on a 12–24 VDC supply, making it compatible with standard industrial power supplies and control circuits. As part of AutomationDirect's D4 family, the D4-16TD2 provides a 16-channel discrete output solution for compact automation installations, enabling expansion of DC output control within DL405-based systems.
