ATI Industrial Automation SR061 Collision Sensor

The ATI SR061 Robotic Collision Sensor is a compact, pneumatically assisted collision sensor in ATI’s SR-61 family, designed to detect contact at the robot’s end effector and provide a controlled response in the cell, with automatic reset and a field-replaceable connector block. It runs on 10-30 VDC and typically draws about 100 mA; it requires an airline supply to power its spring-assist mechanism of 20-90 psi (up to 90 psi), with port options including 1/8 NPT. Spring-assist options are configurable to 5, 10, or 15 psi, and the unit can be mounted directly to the robot or to tooling via interface plates for flexible integration; multiple cable options are available, including Flexlife-20. In addition, the SR-61 family includes PNP proximity switch variants (SR-61 standard) and SR-61-only NPN variants.
