ATI Industrial Automation 9121-VB4-T Discrete Tool Module

ATI Industrial Automation 9121-VB4-T is the discrete tool module that serves as the tool-side interface for ATI’s VB4-T family of tool changers. It uses a 19-pin Amphenol MS3102E22-14S female connector connected to a 19-pin block, includes a tool stand interlock, and provides eight pass-throughs to route signals or power with a tool-ID range of 0–99. The module weighs about 1.3 lb (0.6 kg) and is designed to be mounted on the tool side to support tool-ID selection, interlock control, and signal routing within robotic cells. This makes it suitable for compact automation setups where discrete tool modules must manage identification, safety interlocks, and I/O between the robot controller and the tool changer.
