Armstrong International TTF-1R Thermostatic Steam Trap

Armstrong's TTF-1R Thermostatic Steam Trap is a balanced-pressure, bellows-operated condensate trap that drains steam lines just below live steam temperature, helping prevent steam loss while removing condensate efficiently. Housed in a sealed 304L stainless-steel body, the trap is compact, corrosion resistant, and available with straight-through or right-angle connections to fit compact steam systems. Inside, a cage, bellows, valve and seat form a precisely calibrated operating unit that opens in response to condensate temperature, with back pressure tolerance up to 99% of the inlet pressure. Construction features stainless-steel components with phosphor-bronze bellows to enhance durability in high-temperature, high-humidity environments, making it suitable for steam headers, heat exchangers, and other condensate-collection equipment.
