Armstrong 1-LD Free Floating Lever Drain Trap

Armstrong 1-LD Free Floating Lever Drain Trap is a rugged cast-iron liquid drainer that automatically removes condensate from steam systems, using an elliptical float and high-leverage lever to provide reliable, high-capacity discharge for the trap size. As part of Armstrong’s 1/2/3/6-LD family, the 1-LD uses screwed connections in 1/2 in (15 mm) or 3/4 in (20 mm) sizes, with a cast‑iron body (ASTM A48 Class 30) and a maximum allowable pressure of 300 psig at 200°F. It is designed to handle condensate loads up to 49,000 lb/hr (22,226 kg/hr) and uses the same valve, cap, and seat arrangement as Armstrong inverted bucket steam traps to deliver reliable performance in high-flow applications.
