Anderson-Negele EL074010061101A Gauge is an EL-Series Extended Life hygienic pressure gauge with a large 90 mm dial for easy readability in clean environments. Designed for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications, it features a stainless steel case and stem with a welded and polished diaphragm and fittings, a stainless steel spiral coil, and an integral fill port socket. The diaphragm is specified as C276 Hastelloy with 316L stainless steel fittings, finished to a maximum surface roughness of Ra 25 µm. Factory calibration is within ±1.5% of full scale, with over-range capability of 15% for ranges up to 600 bar (8.7 kpsi) and 10% for higher ranges. Process temperature limits span 25 to 300°F (−4 to 149°C), and CIP/SIP operation is rated to 300°F (149°C). The gauge also features a tamper-resistant back-of-case zero-adjustment and adheres to hygienic-by-design principles aligned with 3-A, FDA, and EHEDG guidelines, making it suitable for clean-in-place systems and reliable pressure monitoring in sanitary processes.
