The Allen-Bradley 440L-R4J0800YD GuardShield Type 4 safety light curtain is the receiver half of Rockwell Automation’s GuardShield system, designed to pair with a matching emitter to form a guarded sensing field for machine safety. It features 14 mm resolution across an 800 mm protected height and 80 beams, delivering high-accuracy detection across a compact envelope for guarding access points on presses, conveyors, cutting machines, or robotic cells. The enclosure is IP65-rated for durability in harsh industrial environments, and it includes a Micro Quick Disconnector for rapid field disconnection during installation or service.
