This unit is the receiver half of the 440L family and pairs with the 440L-T4F0018-Q transmitter to form a complete Guardmaster light curtain for machine guarding. Within a Guardmaster safety circuit, the receiver monitors the safety field and signals the safety relay to stop machinery when the beam is interrupted.
