Allen-Bradley 5094-MB DIN-Rail Mounting Base

The Allen-Bradley 5094-MB FLEX 5000 DIN-rail mounting base provides the mechanical backbone and electrical interconnect for FLEX 5000 terminal base assemblies, enabling secure DIN-rail installation and backplane/field power distribution. It mounts on EN 60715 DIN rails (35 × 7.5 mm) using zinc-plated, chromate-passivated steel rails such as 199-DR1 or 46277-4. As the mounting base, it supports backplane power up to 100 mA at 15 V DC and VCC up to 15 mA at 3.3 V, and is designed to be used in conjunction with a removable terminal base (RTB) to complete FLEX 5000 I/O module configurations; the MB and RTB do not ship with the FLEX 5000 I/O modules. An extended-temperature variant, 5094-MBXT, is available for deployments requiring broader temperature ranges. This base is typically used in DIN-rail panel installations for modular FLEX 5000 I/O systems in industrial automation.
