Allen-Bradley 509-BOD Motor Starter

The Allen-Bradley 509-BOD is a Bulletin 509 open-type, full-voltage motor starter (NEMA Size 1) engineered for direct-on-line starting of 3-phase motors in industrial controls. It uses a control coil rated for 115–120 V AC at 60 Hz or 110 V AC at 50 Hz and delivers a 27 A full-load current at up to 600 VAC, 3-phase, making it suitable for moderate horsepower machines in standard power environments. As a direct-on-line starter, it integrates with the Bulletin 500 family and is compatible with Bulletin 500 MCCs and motor control assemblies, providing a compact, robust solution for controlled motor starting.
