Allen-Bradley 440G-LZASPL Safety Switch Actuator

The Allen-Bradley 440G-LZASPL Guardmaster guard-locking safety switch combines RFID-coded actuation with a Power to Lock mechanism for partial-body guard doors. A standard RFID actuator enables coded recognition between the actuator and switch to deter tampering, while a 24 V DC solenoid provides the PTL locking action. Electrical outputs consist of two safety contacts and one auxiliary contact (PNP, 0.2 A max), plus door- and lock-status signals for safe interlock integration with safety relays and controls. The unit features a 6-inch (150 mm) conduit entry with an 8-pin M12 pigtail connector, and is designed for use with Allen-Bradley Guardmaster 440G-LZ safety switches for reliable machine guarding.
