Allen-Bradley 42JS-P2MPB1-F4 Reflective Sensor

Allen-Bradley 42JS-P2MPB1-F4 is a Visisight polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor that detects reflective targets at 0.025–3.5 meters using a visible red beam. It provides a PNP (source) output with two complementary LO/DO outputs and uses a 4-pin Micro DC M12 connector on a 150 mm (6 in) pigtail, powered from 10–30 V DC. This model is End of Life with a discontinuation date of December 31, 2026, and Rockwell Automation designates 42JB-P2MPB1-F4 as its direct replacement. As part of the VisiSight family, it is suited for inline sensing where polarized retroreflective operation is advantageous, such as detecting reflective surfaces or labels on conveyors and machinery within its fixed sensing range.
