Allen-Bradley 42EF-R2MPBT-F4 RightSight Transmitted Beam Receiver is a through-beam photoelectric sensor in the RightSight family that monitors an 8-meter beam when paired with its matching emitter. It uses a visible red light source for straightforward alignment in industrial environments and provides two complementary outputs (LO/DO) configured as PNP sources, with IO-Link enabled for digital sensing diagnostics and parameterization. The unit wires via a 4-pin DC Micro QD on a 152 mm (6 in) pigtail and is powered by DC supply. As a transmitted-beam receiver, it relies on a dedicated emitter to create the sensing path, making it suitable for applications requiring a defined gap such as part detection on conveyors, machine guarding points, and other automation interfaces where a fixed distance must be reliably monitored.
