The Allen-Bradley 2711P-RP1 PanelView Plus Logic Module is the 24 VDC-powered brain for PanelView Plus 700–1500 series displays, delivering a single Rockwell ME application with 64 MB of flash memory and 64 MB of RAM to run your HMI project. It requires an external 24 VDC power source and is paired with a PanelView Plus display module to form a complete PV+ system used for industrial operator interfaces, process monitoring, alarms, and data entry. The module provides Ethernet and RS-232 serial ports, two USB ports, and a CompactFlash card slot for program storage, deployment, and offline backups, enabling straightforward field updates and project transfer. Designed specifically for PanelView Plus 700–1500 series terminals, it is not compatible with PanelView Plus 6 terminals, so selecting the correct PV+ generation is essential for proper operation.
