Allen-Bradley 194R-NJ060P3 Fusible Disconnect Switch

Allen-Bradley 194R-NJ060P3 is a three-pole, open-style fusible disconnect switch that isolates power in industrial control gear. It is rated 60 A at up to 600 V AC and uses UL Class J and CSA HRCI-J fuse cartridges for overcurrent protection, making it suitable to protect motor circuits and control power before contactors or drives. The 194R family supports three-phase service and lists motor horsepower ratings of about 15 HP at 200–230 V, 30 HP at 460 V, and 50 HP at 575 V, with a maximum short-circuit current rating up to 200 kA at 600 V. The device is UL-listed and CSA-approved for fused disconnect service and is commonly used in industrial panels to safely isolate circuits with integrated fuse protection. In terms of enclosure and mounting, the switch itself is IP00 (switch-only); with shields and fuse covers, protection can reach IP20.
