Allen-Bradley 1794-ACN15 ControlNet Network Adapter

The Allen-Bradley 1794-ACN15 FLEX I/O ControlNet Adapter is an open-style, DIN-rail-mount network interface that connects FLEX I/O modules to a ControlNet network. It provides a 5 Mbps ControlNet link and supports up to eight FLEX I/O modules on a single adapter, enabling compact remote I/O in automation cells. The unit is powered from a 24V DC supply with a typical load of 330 mA (max 450 mA) and consumes about 7.9 W; the input accepts 19.2–31.2 V DC with a 24 V nominal supply. ControlNet cabling uses two BNC connectors (A and B) for the network, and the module includes a programming terminal network access port for configuration. Its compact enclosure measures roughly 87 x 94 x 92 mm, suitable for standard FLEX I/O installations in industrial environments.
