Allen-Bradley 1771-OYL Output Module

Allen-Bradley 1771-OYL Output Module is an eight-point digital relay output card for PLC-5 backplanes that uses reed-relay contacts to switch external circuits. It provides four Form A (normally open) and four Form B (normally closed) contacts, with a 0–24 V load rating and up to 100 mA per output. The contacts are dry, meaning the module does not source load current; external power is supplied to the load. Designed for PLC-5 1771 I/O backplanes, the 1771-OYL enables low-current signaling tasks such as energizing small relays or indicator devices while maintaining isolation between the backplane and the controlled circuit.
