The Allen-Bradley 1771-OB Output Module is an eight-point DC output module for the PLC-5 1771 I/O system, delivering 12–24 V DC control signals from the backplane to field devices. As a 1771-OB, Module Series C, it provides eight outputs and supports addressing across 1/2-slot, 1-slot, or 2-slot configurations, and is compatible with the 1771 chassis A and B families. It is designed to drive DC field devices that interface with the 12–24 V DC logic levels of the 1771 I/O bus.
