Allen-Bradley 1771-0FE1 Analog Output Module

The Allen-Bradley 1771-0FE1 Analog Output Module is a four-channel analog output card for PLC-5/1771 I/O backplanes. It slots into a 1771 Universal I/O chassis (1771-A1B through 1771-A4B) and is powered entirely from the chassis backplane, with no separate supply required. Each of its four channels provides a voltage output in the 0–10 V range using a 12‑bit DAC to convert digital values to analog levels; the OFE1 variant is configured for voltage output by default. The module is designed for use with PLC-5 controllers and can be paired with analog input modules to implement complete analog signaling. It is specified for an operating ambient temperature range of 0 to 60 °C. Note that as of March 4, 2021, the 1771-0FE1 has been discontinued and is no longer available for sale from Rockwell Automation.
