Allen-Bradley 1769-HSC High Speed Counter Encoder Module

Allen-Bradley 1769-HSC High Speed Counter/Encoder Module is a CompactLogix I/O module that adds high-speed counter and encoder inputs to a 1769 I/O rack. Available in 2- or 4-channel configurations, it accepts incremental encoder signals with differential wiring and processes edge transitions at speeds up to 1 MHz per channel. The module incorporates its own microprocessor and I/O, delivering count, rate, and pulse-interval data to the controller for rapid position and speed feedback. It is designed for use with CompactLogix controllers (for example 1769-L30ER and 1769-L33ER) and integrates with a 1769 I/O chassis using the removable terminal block for wiring convenience.
