Allen-Bradley 1764-MM3 Memory Module

Allen-Bradley 1764-MM3 Memory Module is an expansion accessory for the MicroLogix 1500 controller, designed to add dedicated user memory to support larger programs, richer data tables, longer histories, and more robust logging capabilities without altering the base processor. The module provides 16K of memory for the MicroLogix 1500 system, enabling more room for user variables, arrays, and data structures, and facilitating memory-intensive routines such as batch recipes or measurement histories. In MicroLogix 1500 LRP configurations, the MM3 can store recipe data in the Data Log Queue, enabling traceability of batch steps, and it is available in variants such as the 1764-MM3RTC, which adds a Real-Time Clock for timestamped data. With its compact form factor and plug-in compatibility, the 1764-MM3 is suited for small-to-mid-size industrial installations where extended memory and data-logging capabilities are needed, while staying within the MicroLogix 1500 ecosystem.
