Allen-Bradley 1764-LRP MicroLogix 1500 Processor Unit

The Allen-Bradley 1764-LRP MicroLogix 1500 RS-232 Processor Unit is the detachable processor for the MicroLogix 1500 controller, delivering 14 KB of memory (10 KB program, 4 KB data) and battery-backed static RAM for data retention when power is removed. This FRN.11 processor provides dual RS-232 serial ports and supports DH-485, Modbus, DF1, and ASCII communications to connect HMIs, operator panels, or other devices. It works with the MicroLogix 1500’s 28-point embedded digital I/O and is housed in an IP20 enclosure, with about 1.9 watts of heat dissipation under typical operation. Programming is done with RSLogix 500 (version 5.00.00 or higher), and the module mounts on the MicroLogix 1500 base to supplement its I/O and processing capabilities.
