Allen-Bradley 1761-NET-DNI DeviceNet Interface

The Allen-Bradley 1761-NET-DNI DeviceNet Interface is a DF1-to-DeviceNet bridge that lets a DF1-based controller communicate on a DeviceNet fieldbus. Catalog number 1761-NET-DNI, firmware revision FRN: 2.03. Designed for use with MicroLogix controllers (including 1000, 1100, 1200, and 1500) and SLC 500 systems, the DNI provides a DF1 host port on the controller side and a DeviceNet network port on the field side, enabling DF1 devices to exchange data with DeviceNet devices. The module translates between the DF1 serial protocol used by the host and the DeviceNet protocol used on the network, supporting data exchange and status signaling across the two networks.
