Allen-Bradley 1756-WS Weigh Scale Module 1 to 4 Channels

Hardy Process Solutions’ HI 1756-WS Weigh Scale Module is a single-channel weight measurement card designed for Allen-Bradley ControlLogix systems. It mounts directly in a ControlLogix chassis and accepts up to four 350-ohm full Wheatstone-bridge load cells, with a 5-volt excitation provided to the sensors to enable precise weight readouts from a compact backplane module. The module translates load-cell signals into weight data for the PLC and supports check weighing, force measurement, and level-by-weight applications within industrial processes. An optional Remote Termination Assembly (HI1756-WS-RTA-C6) simplifies field wiring. The HI 1756-WS family covers 1-channel configurations, while Hardy also offers multi-channel variants such as the HI-1756-2WS for two channels, extending the same weighing technology to additional loads.
