Allen-Bradley 1756-TBCH ControlLogix Module Wiring Arm

Allen-Bradley 1756-TBCH ControlLogix Module Wiring Arm is a 36-position cage-clamp removable terminal block (RTB) that attaches to a ControlLogix I/O module to bring field wiring to the module. The RTB provides 36 screw-terminal connection points for field wiring and locks onto the module via a locking tab to maintain secure connections during servicing. It is designed for copper conductors, supporting single-wire connections from 0.33 to 2.1 mm2 (22–14 AWG) rated up to 90 °C, with insulation up to 1.2 mm; double-wire connections are supported from 0.33 to 1.3 mm2 (22–16 AWG) with the same insulation rating. Do not wire more than two conductors on any single terminal. Each terminal is tightened to 0.5 N·m (4.4 lb·in) to ensure a stable contact. The TBCH weighs 0.1 kg (0.3 lb). This removable terminal block is part of Allen‑Bradley’s ControlLogix RTB family, designed specifically for field wiring to ControlLogix I/O modules, facilitating safe, serviceable wiring without compromising module performance.
