Allen-Bradley 1756-IT6I Thermocouple Input Module

Allen-Bradley 1756-IT6I is a six-channel, isolated thermocouple input module for ControlLogix systems that provides independently isolated thermocouple inputs with a single integrated cold-junction compensation (CJC) sensor. It supports a wide range of thermocouple types, including B, E, J, K, R, S, T, N, C, D, and L (TXK/XK), with ITS-90-based linearization for accurate temperature readings. Each channel accepts thermocouple voltages in two ranges: -12 to 78 mV (standard) or -12 to 30 mV in high-resolution mode, and the module delivers 16-bit resolution per channel. The 1756-IT6I is designed to mount in a ControlLogix 1756 backplane and dissipates up to about 4.3 W of power. This module interfaces multiple thermocouples to the ControlLogix CPU, enabling precise temperature measurement and control across industrial processes.
