Allen-Bradley 1756-IR6I Isolated RTD Input Module

The Allen-Bradley 1756-IR6I is a six-channel isolated RTD input module for Rockwell's ControlLogix I/O backplanes, delivering six independently isolated RTD inputs in a compact 20-pin module that mounts in a 1756 I/O chassis. Each channel is galvanically isolated from the backplane and from other channels, reducing ground-loop noise and protecting the controller in harsh industrial environments. The module accepts RTD sensors across common resistance ranges, including 1–487 ohms, 2–1000 ohms, 4–2000 ohms, and 8–4020 ohms, with 16-bit resolution per channel for precise temperature measurements. Wiring is via a 20-pin interface and is compatible with standard Rockwell removable terminal blocks such as 1756-TBNH or 1756-TBSH to simplify field connections.
