Alemite's 3922-series air-oil mist generator is a compact central lubrication solution built around a 1-pint (16 oz) nylon reservoir that feeds a nominal 1 CFM mist output, with a controllable flow range of roughly 0.3–1.4 CFM to multiple lubrication points or machines. An aluminum mist head provides corrosion resistance, and the unit includes an oil pickup screen to prevent contaminants from entering the mist, plus a float switch that signals when oil replenishment is required. Rounding out the package is a filter/regulator with automatic water drain and an air solenoid valve that enables automatic on-off operation when wired to a machine controller; a steel mounting plate pre-pipes the assembly for quick installation. This line is used where a reliable, moving-part-free mist lubrication system is preferred, and variants exist with 110 V AC control (such as 3922-AC) alongside models rated for other line voltages (115–120 V) depending on configuration. Optional accessories include an automatic oil refill kit that coordinates with the solenoid valve to replenish oil as the system runs.
