The ABB PFTL301E-0.1KN Pressductor technology Load Cell is a PillowBlock horizontal force sensor designed for web tension measurement in ABB’s Pressductor mini-series, capturing the horizontal tension component on rollers without sensing vertical load. The nominal capacity for this variant is 0.1 kN (22 lb), with the family covering 0.1–1.0 kN; overload capacity is up to 300% of nominal, accuracy class ±1.0%, and repeatability under ±0.1%. Deflection is 0.05–0.13 mm, and the sensor uses ABB’s magnetoelastic Pressductor technology to generate a low-impedance AC signal with strong resistance to electrical interference.
