ABB FEP631 ProcessMaster Electromagnetic Flowmeter is an inline transmitter for continuous measurement of conductive liquids in process piping, offered in DN25 (1 inch) size and powered from 24 V DC. The unit uses electromagnetic flow principles with a stainless steel sensor housing to provide reliable flow data in demanding industrial environments, and is designed as part of ABB’s ProcessMaster family for integration with ABB control systems. It supplies a current output (active or passive) and two digital outputs, with HART communication as standard and options for Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE) and PROFIBUS PA depending on configuration. Factory calibration can be specified at 0.4% (RCD25) with optional tighter calibrations at 0.3% (RCE26) or 0.2% (RCB27), supporting precise measurement across varying installations; ambient temperature ranges include standard -20 to 60 °C and high-temperature designs enabling -40 to 60 °C operation.
