ABB CDP-312R SP Operator Keyboard is the dedicated local control panel for ABB ACS800 drives, pairing a four-line, 20-character LCD with a 16-key keypad to monitor and program the drive from the machine room. It supports four operation modes—Actual Signal Display (ACT), Parameter (PAR), Function (FUNC), and Drive (DRIVE)—with navigation via ENTER and dedicated keys such as LOC (local/remote), REM (remote), and REF (reference). The display conveys real-time drive data, including speed in rpm, current in amperes, and torque as a percentage, and startup language selection is configurable via parameter 99.01. Designed for multi-drive use, the CDP-312R SP can monitor and control up to 31 drives from a single panel and is suitable for installation either factory-mounted on the drive module or mounted on a cabinet door with standard mounting hardware. This control panel is widely used for commissioning, on-site adjustment, and day-to-day operation of ACS800 drives, providing essential local control and parameter access for ABB’s ACS800 family.
