ABB 2TLA020071R9000 Gateway

The ABB 2TLA020071R9000 Gateway is a Pluto gateway that provides 2-way communication between the Pluto safety bus and an Ethernet network (EtherNet/IP). It connects to the Pluto safety bus via a top 3‑pole Pluto terminal and provides two RJ-45 Ethernet ports on the bottom for network access, with a front 2‑pole terminal for 24 VDC power supply. Operated from 24 VDC (-15% to +20%), it draws less than 200 mA and is housed in a compact enclosure (22.5 x 108 x 114 mm) suitable for 35 mm DIN rail mounting and rated IP20. The unit supports Pluto bus speeds from 100 to 1000 kbit/s with automatic detection and offers Ethernet at 10/100 Mbps in half- or full-duplex mode, enabling EtherNet/IP communications (CIP) between the Pluto safety network and enterprise networks. For configuration and monitoring, it includes a web server and a TCP/IP terminal server, and LEDs indicate Pluto bus status and Ethernet activity. Designed as part of ABB Jokab Safety’s Pluto gateway family, this device is intended to bridge safety-plc Pluto networks to Ethernet-based control and data networks in industrial environments.
