Spirax-Sarco Engineering TD52 Thermodynamic Steam Trap

Spirax-Sarco TD52 Thermodynamic Steam Trap is a compact inline trap designed to drain condensate from steam lines with a 3/4" NPT connection and a 600 PSIG rating. It features a Cool Blue cap and an in-line horizontal flow pattern that directs condensate back into the return system while minimizing steam loss. Operating on the thermodynamic principle, the TD52 cycles to discharge condensate very near the steam temperature and is described as being unaffected by water hammer or superheated steam, making it well suited for steam headers and other condensate drainage applications where reliable, low-maintenance operation matters.
