For the MK-4601 family, the nominal spring range is 3–6 psig (21–41 kPa), with MK-4601 offering an adjustable start point of ±1\/2 psig (7–14 kPa), enabling fine-tuned proportional control. This actuator is designed to drive 1\/2\" to 2\" VB-7xxx globe valves and can also be mounted on certain discontinued VB-9xxx valves, in upright installations with the actuator head above the valve center line.
